My Perspective

The Internship has been structured for 8 weeks, to ensure that the students get enough time to gain a proper insight into the project and deliver excellent results and since they have had 2 weeks to do all the preparatory activities, they can get off to a flying start as soon as they land up at your premises.

The Internship commences on 1st October, 2007, with a 2 week on-campus preliminary data gathering, analysis, planning & research,    (including sitting down with their faculty guide), so that the time that they spend at your location, can be spent more productively.

The”on-site” part is for 4 weeks; from 15th October,07 till about 11th November,07 when the student will be doing his project at your premises during this period. Subsequently, for the last two weeks, the student will be giving the finishing touches at  our campus; data assimilation, analysis,  summarize their findings,  preparation of their report and the final presentation to the top management of the company concerned, as well as to our own faculty. The project will conclude by around the 25th November,  2007.   The evaluation of the project will be done by the Industry Mentor and the facultyguide associated with the student, for this project.
